Cancellation and Refund Policy

Kindly note that a huge amount of time, effort and organisation goes into each flying activity, and some have limited capacity, so we must adhere to a strict cancellation policy that allows us to be compensated for costs and lost revenue.

Therefore, once a booking is made the following refund and/or cancellation fees will apply:

Cancellation or amendment bookings by tour organiser or passenger:

  • Cancellations made at least 36 hours prior to scheduled flight departure: eligible for full refund by way of voucher, valid for 12 months.
  • Cancellations made under 36 hours prior to scheduled flight departure: not eligible for refund
  • Passengers who arrive at an activity and are in breach of the Terms & Conditions of flight (under the influence of alcohol, drugs, age, size etc., please refer to the Terms & Conditions of the activity), will be prevented from undertaking the activity and no refund will be provided.

If you fail to arrive at the appointed time or location, or leave it prior to its completion, no refund can be made.

It is highly recommended you obtain appropriate and adequate travel insurance that will cover you in case of unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from joining your scheduled activity.

Cancellation by Action Flight:

If an activity is postponed by Action Flight, due to inconducive weather or other unforeseen reason, we will endeavour to reschedule you on the next available opportunity, otherwise we will offer you a full refund via voucher.

Activities that require a minimum number of guests to operate are subject to change at any time. If an activity is cancelled due to minimum guest numbers not being reached, guests will be offered an alternate activity option (price difference may apply), or an alternate schedule date or be provided with a full refund via a voucher.
